My background is not linear — and that matters.

I spent years working in physically demanding environments before transitioning into healing work. That experience gave me a deep respect for the body’s limits, intelligence, and capacity to adapt when supported correctly.

 

I’ve studied Qigong, body reading, body language, and intuitive healing, with a focus on how stress, emotion, and energy organize themselves in the body. I don’t override symptoms — I listen to them.

 

My approach is grounded, observant, and precise. I work with what’s present, not what should be there.
