Guided Qigong practices (standing or seated)

 

Somatic regulation tools

 

Seasonal education through the Five Elements

 

Space for integration rather than accumulation

 

Structure

 

Weekly sessions (60–75 minutes)

 

6–8 week container

 

Simple at-home practices

 

Optional integration week

 

No prior experience required.

Enrollment is limited to support pacing and group coherence.
