Qigong
Qigong (pronounced 'chee-gong') is the practice of cultivating, directing, and balancing Qi — the vital energy that animates health, emotion, and the nervous system — through coordinated breath, precise movement, and focused intention.
It is one of the most thoroughly researched mind-body practices in existence — and one of the most effective tools available for nervous system regulation, chronic stress, and somatic dysregulation.
The curriculum here is drawn from the teachings and published works of Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson, founder of the International Institute of Medical Qigong and author of the most comprehensive English-language texts on the subject.

Mystical Perception Training
