Private sessions support physical regulation, emotional balance, and energetic coherence.

 

Each session may include:

• Gentle Qigong or guided movement

• Breath and nervous system regulation

• Hands-on or subtle energy work

• Awareness cues to integrate outside the session

 

Sessions are collaborative and responsive — no two are the same.
