Qigong Sessions
A Typical Qigong Session
A first time session is the intake process and will be to communicate expectations, and may last about 2 hours. After the intake process sessions moving forward are typically 1 hour. Qigong is not a physical massage.
In Session
In person, online, or over the phone sessions are best received while laying down in am comfortable position in a quiet space without distractions.
A basic Qigong session will purge, tonify and regulate all the organs in the body, and the energy fields leaving a balanced, energized, clear-headed sensation.
